The plans foundation will be highly customized and includes the following: • 90-minute initial consultation to review family needs and health obstacles • 1 trip to shopping market (3 hours max) • Refrigerator/Pantry assessment • Healthy Meal and Snack planning • Customized healthy recipes including families preferred ingredients • 4 - 30 minute skype sessions • E-mail/phone support over a 10-week period
